GnuPG (or GPG) is the de facto tool to interact with OpenPGP keys. It's a command line tool that allows ultimate flexibility but is not the most user-friendly tool out there.
Here's a list of tools with a graphical user interface that are based on GPG, a few of which are mentioned below.
Available on linux or macOS. For Windows, see Gpg4win below.
The ultimate OpenPGP package for Windows. It contains GPG for the command line as well as the Kleopatra (see below) tool.
The simple OpenPGP package for macOS. It contains a key manager and a few other utilities.
Kleopatra is a beginner-friendly tool with a graphical user interface to manage your OpenPGP keys and make text/file encryption and decryption easy.
Available on linux. For Windows, it is included in Gpg4win (see above).
The android app to manage your OpenPGP keys on your mobile device. OpenKeychain is used by several other apps like the K-9 Mail app to enable email encryption, decryption and signing.
